COVID-19 Antigen Test

Our COVID-19 testing is conducted at two CML locations. Get tested efficiently and discretely with Central Medical Labs:

1. Book your COVID-19 Antigen Test using the form.
2. Payment is required upon arrival for your appointment, by credit / debit card only.
3. Observe all Covid-19 protocols.
4. A mask is required to attend appointment.
5. A COVID-19 Questionnaire will be administered on location.

• Clients are required to have a referral form from a doctor and your results will be emailed within 24 hrs after the sample is collected.
• Clients are required to present a valid form of identification on day of testing. Persons travelling overseas must provide travel information.
• Results will be emailed to your doctor.

The cost for the Antigen Test is $5,000.00

1. Contact our Customer Service Centre at (876) 542-3709 (North Coast).
2. Cancellations MUST be done at least two (2) hours before your appointment.
